We had a blast practicing our henna skills on home made sugar skulls.
Dia de los Muertos is a big day around here where you leave offerings for dead relatives.
so take a look at our fun and fanciflu skulls

Very nice! Fun, pretty, and creepy all at once :)
What do you do with them once they're decorated? For display, or?

WE are just enjoying them for now.
You traditionally use them as part of the offerings to your dead family on NOv 1 and 2.
      Along with food and flowers.
We enjoyed the decoration process and don't have a local cemetary to go to with family buried there so we'll just throw them away eventually.
Or maybe try to save them for next year.
